By accessing or using the AutoInx website (autoinx.com), creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
Note: These terms apply to all users, including browsers, registered account holders, and purchasers — regardless of your location.

AutoInx sells automotive parts, accessories, and related products. We strive for accurate product descriptions, pricing, and compatibility information, but we do not warrant that listings are error-free.
2.1 Vehicle Compatibility
Product compatibility information is provided for reference only. It is your responsibility to verify fitment before purchase. AutoInx is not liable for parts ordered for incorrect applications.
2.2 Product Images
Images are representative. Actual products may differ slightly in color, finish, or packaging.
2.3 Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of your confirmed order is the price you will be charged.
2.4 Stock Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate inventory levels. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer a substitute, backorder, or full refund.

3.1 Order Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed when you receive a confirmation email and payment is processed successfully.
3.2 Payment Processing
All card payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. AutoInx also accepts Zelle and cash payments for local arrangements. AutoInx does not store your full credit card information. By completing a card purchase you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

3.3 Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before your order ships by contacting us at orders@autoinx.com. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds policy applies.
3.4 Fraudulent Orders
AutoInx reserves the right to cancel any order it deems suspicious or fraudulent, issue a full refund, and report the activity to relevant authorities.
4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Carriers
AutoInx ships via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on the best available rate and estimated delivery time for your location.
4.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your delivery address. The displayed rate is the maximum — your final invoice may be lower depending on the selected carrier.
4.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. AutoInx is not liable for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
4.4 International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For inquiries about international shipping, contact us at support@autoinx.com.
4.5 Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. AutoInx is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds

⏱ 30-day return window — returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
5.1 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, uninstalled condition
- In original packaging with all included accessories
- Free from physical damage not present upon delivery
- Accompanied by your order number
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, used, or modified
- Electrical components (sensors, ECUs, spark plugs) once removed from packaging
- Special-order or custom parts
- Items purchased as final sale / clearance
5.3 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Stripe. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
5.4 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
5.5 Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@autoinx.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sales tax is calculated and collected in accordance with applicable state and local laws. Tax amounts are determined automatically by Stripe Tax based on your delivery address and the applicable jurisdiction rates at the time of purchase.
AutoInx collects sales tax in states where we have established nexus. If your state or jurisdiction is tax-exempt, contact us before placing your order with the relevant exemption documentation.
The tax amount displayed at checkout is an estimate. The final tax collected is determined by Stripe at the time of payment based on your billing address.

You may browse our catalog and place orders as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders and access your purchase history.
7.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@autoinx.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
7.2 Account Termination
AutoInx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are otherwise abused.
7.3 Electronic Communications Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive order confirmations, shipping updates, and service notifications via email. You may opt in to SMS/text message notifications at checkout.

AutoInx does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alameda County, California.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
